Cancellation Policy
for Full-time and Part-time Programs

Please be advised that this cancellation policy is subject to potential revisions and amendments at the sole discretion of VES School. It is incumbent upon the students and their parents/guardians to periodically review this policy to stay informed about any updates or modifications.

  1. Written Cancellation Requests: All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. Requests communicated verbally or through any other means will not be acknowledged or processed.
  2. Fixed Course Schedule and Login Information: Once the course schedule is finalized, and login credentials are generated by VES School, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
  3. Non-Refundable Registration Fees: The fees associated with the registration process are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the circumstances.
  4. Full-time Program Cancellations: Full-time program registrations availed at discounted rates cannot be terminated during the Academic school year. Upon registration with a scholarship or promotion, the tuition fees paid for a full-time program become non-refundable, regardless of any situation.
  5. Non-Refundable Fees for Suspended or Expelled Students: In the event that a student is suspended, expelled, or required to leave VES School due to any reason, all fees paid to VES are strictly non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.
  6. Insufficient Funds (NSF) Fee: A fee of $50 will be levied on all checks processed with insufficient funds (NSF).
  7. Credit Notes Terms: Credit notes issued by VES School are non-transferable and remain valid for a duration of 12 months from the date of issuance. They can be utilized towards any VES programs.
  8. Student and Parent Cooperation: In situations where students or their parents/guardians withhold information that could detrimentally affect the student’s performance or the well-being of their peers, VES reserves the right to dismiss the student from the school.
  9. Prerequisite Verification: Students must furnish proof of meeting the prerequisites for all enrolled courses during the registration process. Failure to provide the required prerequisites may result in cancellation of the enrollment.

 

It is of utmost importance that you carefully read and comprehensively understand the provisions outlined in this cancellation policy. By enrolling in a program at VES School, you acknowledge and affirm your consent to adhere to the terms and conditions delineated herein.
