Submit Application To begin

Student Interview
Once your application is reviewed, our Admissions Team will schedule an interview, either in person or via video conference. The interview helps us understand your child’s goals, strengths, and interests while giving families a chance to learn more about Wise Owl PS. We look forward to meeting you!

Admissions Decision
After thoroughly reviewing your application, supporting documents, test results (if applicable), and the interview, we will notify you of our admissions decision. Upon acceptance, we will guide you through the next steps to officially welcome your child to the Wise Owl PS community.

Registration Fee
A one-time and non-refundable $200 registration fee is charged at the time of registration.
Non-refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required with the registration form; the deposited amount will be applied to the first month’s tuition fees. This deposit guarantees that your child will start on the day reserved for the commencement of the program. If the registration is cancelled for any reason, the deposit will not be returned, nor will the registration fee.
Annual Fee
An annual fee of $450 must be paid.
Tuition Fees and Payment
Within two weeks of your interview, you will be notified of our admissions decision via email. If accepted, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Acceptance (LOA), an invoice, and an education contract.
Upon completing your tuition fee payment, you will receive an official LOA, required for your Canadian study permit application.

Early Withdrawal and Financial Policies
Please be advised that a sixty-day written notice is required in the event of early withdrawal from the school.
A $50.00 fee will be charged for handling returned bank withdrawals due to insufficient funds.

Refund Policy for Visa Refusal
If your study permit application is refused by the Canadian Immigration Office, we will refund your tuition fee (less administrative fees). You must provide us with the following documents:
- Letter of Refusal from the Canadian Immigration Office
- Letter of Acceptance from our school
- Tuition Fee Receipt
Please note: No refund will be issued for cancellations due to reasons other than a visa refusal.
- A photocopy of the student’s passport photo page.
- The Admission Application Form (IN ENGLISH) and pay the application fee of CAD $200
- Official transcripts or school reports for the current and previous two years (translated into English if necessary)
- Proof of study statement (incng studying time at school and grades)
- TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent test results (for non-native English speakers)
- Notarized Custodianship Documents (if applicable)

A: the Global VES Network Consortium offers programs from Kindergarten to Grade 12, including Advanced Placement (AP) courses and specialized university preparation programs in Arts, Design, Math, Science, and Technology.
Q8: How long does the admission process take?
A: After submitting your application and required documents, you can expect a response within 2 weeks. The entire process, including interviews and assessments, typically takes 4 weeks.
Q9: Is there an age limit for applicants?
A: The age requirements differ depending on the program and campuses. For high school enrollment, applicants are typically between 14 and 18 years old. However, we are proud to offer flexible options for adult learners through our Virtual Extension School. Adult students can pursue Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) courses at their own pace. Additionally, our Guided Study Model provides tailored support for international students, particularly those requiring assistance with English as a second language. A: We accept IELTS (minimum 5.5), TOEFL (minimum 70), Duolingo (minimum 100) and other recognized English proficiency tests. Students without a test score may be evaluated during the interview.
Q13: What if English proficiency scores do not satisfy the minimum requirements?
A: Students can take the Pre-Arrival English Language Preparation Program, which is equivalent to our regular ESL credit courses.
